Better Raises
Through our Salary Increase Strategy, each quarter, VAs have the opportunity to upgrade into a higher salary range by building their skill set in different areas of service. Whether it’s in finance, development, or language, we offer a full roadmap for motivated Sidekicks to grow and gain promotions.
Equity Stake
We put aside 10% of the company equity for all employees. After 1 year, each Sidekick becomes an owner in the company and receives proportionate dividends. Their shares increase over a 4-year period, acquiring 1/4 of their total stock potential each year. Everyone in Sidekicks is destined to become an owner of the company - This is one of our core conscious business practices.
Education
CEO Training Program
Not only do we train our VAs, but we also train you, the client, to become a CEO rather than an employee in your own company. Our step-by-step video training helps you develop the skills you need to efficiently act and think like a CEO - Learn how to properly delegate and increase your productivity tenfold.
Sidekicks Academy
Each VA attends our Sidekicks Academy, where they learn core business processes and common tools used in business today. This way, they can be the most valuable to you, the busy business owner, and are immediately ready to help you grow your company.
Further Education Initiatives
We eventually plan on developing a full-fledge internal education system that will be available to anyone looking to train in the tools required to enter the online workforce. Upon successful completion of this entry level training program, trainees are guaranteed a job and a spot in our Sidekicks Academy.
This system will provide a relevant alternative for those who cannot afford post-secondary education, saving them from debt and increasing their value to us, the client and the marketplace.
Healthcare
Benefits
The majority of people from the Philippines who are working online are considered contractors and do not receive benefits or medical coverage. After 6 months, we make those benefits available to all team members.
Online Medical Assistance
As our company grows, we plan on having on-call Australian and American medical doctors available via Skype for all Sidekicks assistants. We will also provide nutritional education and advanced health strategy materials that may not be available from their local healthcare provider.
